with the Paparazzi Golf App, your iPhone will automatically alert HD cameras at select courses and clubs to track and capture all your best moments and send it back to you in real time.

HOW DO I GET STARTED ON PAPARAZZI GOLF?

Simply download our app to your iPhone and register. Whenever you visit a Paparazzi Golf location you are on the “must see” list and our fixed HD cameras and live photographers (at some venues) will automatically film your best moves and send the footage back to all of your registered devices.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Typically, we only use 2-3% of the battery per-day, but we recommend you stop Paparazzi Golf when you leave the course to save battery.

HOW MUCH WILL PAPARAZZI GOLF FOOTAGE COST ME?

Our app is free and the cost of a full day of footage will be a low one-time fee set by the club. Prices are listed when you unlock a featured location. On average, a full day of video and pics will be less than half the cost currently charged by some venues for a single photo. Packaged days can save you even more.

DO I NEED A SMARTPHONE TO USE PAPARAZZI GOLF?

Yes. To get started, you will need a smart device to download our app and interact with our cameras.

Current devices: iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6S. All devices must run iOS7.


DOES BLUETOOTH NEED TO BE ENABLED FOR PAPARAZZI PASS TO WORK?

Yes. Paparazzi Golf uses the BlueTooth LE receiver in your phone. BlueTooth LE (Low Energy) uses very little battery power and was designed for continuous use applications where long-battery life is essential.


CAN I GET FOOTAGE OF OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS IF THEY DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE?

Just loan any family member your smartphone (until you’ve gotten over the helicopter parenting thing and spring for their own) and their footage will be uploaded to your account.


DOES MY SMARTPHONE WORK BETTER IN CERTAIN POCKETS?

Any outer front pocket works best.


DO I NEED TO BE WITHIN A CERTAIN DISTANCE OF A CAMERA FOR IT TO FILM ME?

Our photographers and fixed high-definition cameras are strategically placed to capture you at your best, so don’t kill yourself getting into position. We have you covered.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I’M BEING FILMED?

Some Paparazzi Golf locations are marked, but you never know when you’re exactly in the spotlight. That’s the Paparazzi for you.


WHY DOES MY FOOTAGE UPLOAD FASTER AT SOME LOCATIONS THAN AT OTHERS?

Upload times are dependent on your carriers signal strength at your location. Unfortunately, those speeds will vary.


CAN ANYONE ELSE SEE MY FOOTAGE?

All of your footage is only uploaded to your account and not shared with anyone else. But what’s the point of keeping your fabulous footage to yourself? Share it with friends immediately through your favorite social media sites.


CAN I USE MY PAPARAZZI GOLF APP AT OTHER LOCATIONS?

Yes. You will be alerted when you are entering any Paparazzi Golf course. Or go to our website and pick the location for your next starring role.


HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM GOPRO?

Do you want to be a cameraman, or do you want to be on camera? With Paparazzi Golf we do all the filming, so you’re the star, not everybody else around you.
